Whiskey Tango Foxtrot?

I got arrowed!

Woke up this morning, meandered on out to the car, happened to look up, and what is sticking out of the side of my garage but… an arrow?!

Brajana from Mend Pet assures me that she has nothing to do with my arrowed garage, but Mr. Tigerfeet and I will be letting the police know about it anyhow.

Srsly, I live in the middle of town, there’s kids running around here! No arrows! (though getting the wind to carry an arrow from Canada to Iowa would be a real neat trick)

If you’re wondering why I’m talking about arrows and going to vote well… I haven’t played WoW in about a week now. I’m taking a bit of a breather, so you get an entertaining peek into what makes my life interesting in the interim.

Other updates include the discovery of a place that sells nori. They’re way overpriced, internet supplier here I come.

Tuna, mayo, and wasabi kicks all kinds of butt and…

wth, an arrow? I’m still scratching my head. Someone at work warned me that when I take it out I should inspect the tip to see if it’s a long deer tip, scary scary.

  1. Oh, wow! That’s not good!

When I lived in Maryland, we had a couple of acres of land that marched back into this nice, dense wooden area. Since it was wood and our property was never fenced n, there are always a little confusion on how far back our property went. We were always careful as kids, though, and made sure that we were some distance from what we thought was the edge of our property.

This, however, infuriated our neighbor. We’d go back there and play paintball and build forts, and he swore that we were on his property. He got so frantic that he came out of his house a couple of times — bow in hand and a quiver of hunting arrows on his back! — and threatened to shoot us with them. He even released twice, though the arrows thankfully fell short of us.

We finally cleared up the matter by taking out the diagrams and physically measuring out our property (we actually were quite a distance from the idiot), but it took a couple of calls to the police to enforce this!

Regarding the arrow and Brajana, maybe a swallow carried it!
